Shipping policy

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-volume periods (launches, promotions), dispatch may take a little longer, we'll let you know if that's the case.
Delivery timeframes
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post:
- Standard - $10, free on orders over $100. Typically 2-6 business days depending on location.
- Express - $15. Next-business-day delivery to eligible Express Post postcodes; 1-3 business days elsewhere. Check your postcode's eligibility at auspost.com.au.
These are Australia Post's estimates, not guarantees, delivery times may extend during peak periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

International shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but let us know as soon as possible at hello@aftrr.com.au and we'll do what we can with the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@aftrr.com.au with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
