Refund policy

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused AFTRR products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The canister or pouch must be unopened, with the seal intact
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- You'll cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
For hygiene and safety reasons, it's a powder you consume, we can't accept returns of opened or used products under change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's meant to.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at hello@aftrr.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where relevant. We'll organise a replacement, refund, or repair at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email hello@aftrr.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Subscriptions
If you're on a subscription, you can pause, skip, or cancel your next order any time before it processes by logging into your account or contacting us at hello@aftrr.com.au. Refunds on subscription orders follow the same policy above.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for change-of-mind refunds. Sale items are final unless faulty.
